Return Policy 

We hope you absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. At the Here Now Movement, we’re committed to making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

– Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
– Proof of purchase is required (e.g. your order confirmation)

Please note: Return shipping for change-of-mind purchases is at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or style and would like to exchange, we’re happy to help.

– Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved
– If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit or refund instead.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully check each item before it leaves us, but if something slips through or is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit—whatever works best for you.

Send your item back and we’ll process your return within 3 business days of receiving it

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
