Where We Ship
We currently ship worldwide.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer both standard and express shipping options Australia-wide.
• Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate (1–3 business days)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
New Zealand
• Shipping from $20 (calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight)
• Estimated delivery: 6- 27 business days
International
• Shipping from $30 (calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight)
• Estimated delivery: 6-27 business days, depending on the destination country
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Pre-Orders
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, your order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. You’ll receive an update via email with estimated dispatch dates and tracking once it’s on the way.
Please note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available.
Important Information
• Tracking: All shipping includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery address: Please double-check your address at checkout- we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect details.
• Lost parcels: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with Australia Post (or the carrier) to resolve it. Replacement or refund will depend on the outcome of their investigation.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties charged by their country.
• Delays: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.

Return Policy
We hope you absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. At the Here Now Movement, we’re committed to making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Change of Mind Returns
• Accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return postage is at the customer’s expense
Exchanges
• Available if you ordered the wrong size or style
• Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved
• If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
Faulty or Damaged Items
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description
• We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit
• For faulty/damaged items, we’ll cover return shipping (or advise if the item does not need to be returned)
Non-Refundable Items
• Sale items (unless faulty)
• International orders (unless faulty)
Refunds
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Send your item back and we’ll process your return within 3 business days of receiving it.
